VANDAL GUARD Specially formulated overlaminate designed to protect screen and digitally printed images and signs from a wide variety of stains and chemicals including paint and permanent marker. Graffiti can be easily removed using common economical cleaners without damaging or dulling the surface of the laminate. VANDAL GUARD is designed to be applied over signs & graphics printed with inks that have long light-fastness such as solvent, eco-solvent, latex, etc. DOL 6060 DOL 6060 Anti-Graffiti is a clear polyester overlaminating film designed to protect indoor and outdoor markings and decorations against permanent damage from chemicals, solvents or graffiti paints. It can be used over screen and digital graphics to protect the graphic against chemical or mechanical attack. DOL 6060 is a 1 mil polyester film with a clear permanent acrylic adhesive. 3645 8 mil, luster cast vinyl overlaminate. Slip resistant, designed specifically for floor graphics but also can be used for table top graphics. 2 year outdoor durability.
Concept 211 6.0 mil, intermediate polished calendered vinyl film with a slight texture. Designed for use as the protective overlay for floor graphics.

“Silvering” is the speckled appearance of a laminated print usually caused from air bubbles under the lamination. Silvering can be reduced by adjusting the pressure of the laminator and by using heat assist on your laminator to get the adhesive “flowing” prior to applying to the graphic.

Concept 103 Concept Textured Overlaminating Film is a pressure sensitive 5.0 mil velvet/ very fine matte polycarbonate film with the optically clear RD-60A, permanent acrylic adhesive on a 1.5 mil polyester film liner. This polycarbonate film offers protection from abrasion, moisture and other environmental exposures. It is laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.
Floor Graphics on Tile When applying floor graphics to a tile floor with grout, it's recommended to trim the graphic a half-inch away from the grout line. When the graphic gets close to grout the risk of it lifting off the floor increases. Rounding the corners on a floor graphic can also decrease this risk.
