ApliTape 4000 ApliTape™ 4000 is a standard grade saturated paper premask, coated with a low tack rubber adhesive. This product is excellent for protecting large format digital and screen printed graphics, and also a good choice for masking plastics, such as acrylic, Formica, PETG and polycarbonate, and metals such as polished steel and aluminum.
TTD Easy Mask Masking your Print and Cut materials is as Easy as TTD! Most of the application tapes in the industry are manufactured to transfer sign vinyl which does not require heat. When using these tapes to apply our products, you may be left with an adhesive residue. In addition, the tape may be difficult to remove which slows down the production process. This CLEAR mask allows you to accurately place the image on the garment, and also releases easily after heat application. We require that when using our print and cut materials, that you use our TTD Easy Mask for the best application results.

To transfer a print and cut heat transfer applique from its carrier to the garment, use a polyester HotMask ® transfer tape or paper application tape. Always peel the carrier or release liner from the backside of the applique rather than attempting to peel the applique from the release liner.

TIPS & TRICKS
Application tape performs two very important functions: 1. It protects the vinyl film in handling, preventing scratches on the graphics. 2. It is an essential application tool. The tape will help transfer the cut lettering from the release liner. It also holds the cut letters in place and stabilizes the graphics making installation easier and trouble-free.
