Omni Cast Wrap Premium Multi-Surface Cast Digital Wrap Film with Air-egress
Omni Cast Wrap is a 2-mil (50 micron) gloss white cast vinyl film engineered for professional-grade performance. It features a tinted, clean-removing, repositionable pressure-sensitive adhesive. The air-egress liner allows for fast, easy installations while maintaining strong initial tack and long-term adhesion. Omni Cast Wrap is designed for vehicle wraps and fleet graphics—including surfaces with rivets, corrugations, and moderate textures—as well as flat or slightly textured wall graphics. The film offers exceptional conformability around curves, contours, channels, and rivets. This film is rated up to 10 years of outdoor durability (unprinted), making it a reliable choice for long-term installations. APPLICATIONS & FEATURES • Ideal for full or partial vehicle and fleet wraps, decals, and interior/exterior wall graphic. • Compatible with Eco-Solvent, Solvent, UV, and Latex print systems for vibrant, reliable print quality. • Tested for use on rivets, corrugations, and channel structures. • Fire certified for US ASTM E-84 Class A • Paired with Series 3170, 3200, 3210, 3220, 3270, or V3370 overlaminates for enhanced durability and finish. OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE Actual weathering durability depends on surface preparation, surface maintenance and exposure conditions. Successful weather resistance is characterized by the retention of legibility. Omni Cast Wrap will resist weathering best when applied to vertical or upper outboard angles rather than horizontal surfaces due to the nature of less UV exposure and moisture, as well as other contaminants. Use heat and/or chemicals when removing graphics from vehicle (see Installer Handbook for details). STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE Storing vinyl graphics in covered areas will help prolong the life of the vinyl by limiting its exposure to damaging elements such as sunlight and rain. Protecting a wrapped car in the garage can keep it sheltered from all types of weather and harmful pollution, both of which could wear out the horizontal surfaces of the car and cause damage to the paint underneath. Vinyl that starts to brown or show discoloration has been negatively affected by acidic pollutants and if not immediately removed could stain the paint. Taking extra steps to keep the vinyl covered when not in use will help extend the life of the vinyl and keep the car looking as good as it did when it was first wrapped. TERMS & CONDITIONS The warranties offered in Arlon’s Standard Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated in full by this reference and are available at https://www.arlon.com/na_en/legal/terms-and-conditions, are made in lieu of all other express or implied warranties.
