Curing Ultra Jet DLE-JX is a LED-curable ink. Best curing is achieved at a wavelength of 395 nm.
Ultra Jet DLE-JX is a post-curing UV ink which achieves its final adhesion and resistances after 24 hours.
The curing speed of the ink depends on the number of LED-lamps, the age and power, as well as on the printed ink film thickness. Furthermore, the curing speed is influenced by the colour shade, the printing speed and the substrate. Fade resistance Only pigments of high fade resistance are used for the Ultra Jet DLE-JX range. All basic shades are suited for at least 2-year vertical outdoor exposure, referred to the middle European climate and suitable substrates.
